Stornogebühren

Wir erheben keine Gebühren für Reservierungen, die 7 Tage oder länger vor dem Abholtermin storniert oder geändert werden. Wenn Sie Ihre Reservierung nach diesem Zeitpunkt stornieren oder ändern, dann werden die folgenden Gebühren erhoben:

• Wenn Sie Ihre Reservierung weniger als 7 Tage vor dem Abholtermin stornieren oder ändern, dann werden Ihnen entweder die vollen Kosten der Reservierung oder bis zu maximal € 30,00, je nachdem, welches der niedrigere Betrag ist, angerechnet.
• Wenn Sie Ihre Reservierung weniger als 24 Stunden vor dem Abholtermin stornieren oder ändern, dann werden Ihnen entweder die vollen Kosten der Reservierung oder bis zu maximal € 70,00, je nachdem, welches der niedrigere Betrag ist, angerechnet.

Nichterscheinen

Wenn Sie Ihr Fahrzeug nicht am spezifizierten Abholtermin abholen, dann behalten wir uns das Recht vor, Ihnen eine Nichterscheinungsgebühr in Höhe der Kosten der Reservierung oder bis zu maximal € 70,00, je nachdem, welches der niedrigere Betrag ist anzurechnen. Im Falle eines Nichterscheinens wird Ihnen Ihre Kreditkartenzahlung abzüglich der Nichterscheinungsgebühr rückerstattet.

Nicht aufgebrauchte Miettage

Wir weisen darauf hin, dass nicht aufgebrauchte Miettage bei vorausbezahlten Reservierungen nicht rückerstattet werden.

Additional Driver Policy

Additional drivers can be added at a cost of $3.00 USD per day.

Age Requirements

Minimum rental age is 21 years and there is no maximum rental age. There is a young driver surcharge of $20.00 USD per day for driver's between 21 or 22 years of age.

Cross Border Policy

Driving restricted within the country of Panama only.

Delivery / Collection

Deliver and Collection not available. Pick-up and Drop-off avaialebl at no cost up to 3 miles from rental location. For pick-up and drop-off between 3-15 miles from rental location a $20 USD fee is applicable. Anything beyond 15 miles and less than 25 miles is available at a cost of $30 USD.

Insurance Excess

Collision Damage Waiver & Theft Waiver limits the customer’s financial responsibility for loss, damage or theft of the rental vehicle. The maximum excess that is payable in the event of one of these incidents is 2000.00 USD. The maximum excess will vary depending on the vehicle you are renting, please ask at time of rental for further information on which excess applies. If you would like to reduce or remove your excess responsibility please ask the rental staff when collecting your vehicle about additional products that are on offer .

License Requirements

Customers must have valid drivers license from country of origin.

One Way Rentals

One way is available and a surcharge will apply to all one ways$12 from PTYC71 ot PTYC73 to PTYT71 or viceversa$180 from PTYC71 to DAVT71 or viceversa$180 from PTYT71 to DAVT71 or viceversa$180 from PTYC73 to DAVT71 or viceversa

Payment Policy

Passport and Major credit card in renters name. Major credit cards accepted: American Express, Diners Club, MasterCard, Visa. Travel/Tour & Corporate vouchers accepted. No cash rentals.An authorization of approximately 30% of rental charges in addition to the rental charges will be authorized on credit card upon rental of vehicle.  This authorization amount may be used toward damage or late charges in the event  vehicle is returned with damage and insurance was not purchased and/or late charges are assessed.

Refuelling Policy

Pick up and return full or refuelling service charge of 50% will apply. Pre-pay gas option available at time of rental for the market price of gas.

Roadside Assistance

For Roadside Assistance please Contact nearest Alamo location within Panama.  After hours the client can call 507-238-4142  (Panama City Airport office). In the case of an accident, customer must complete a police report at time of incident.

Special Equipment

- Child/Toddler seats are available at a cost of $3.00 USD per day.- GPS are available at a cost of $7.95 per day and $41.65 per week with a $120.00 maximum charge per rental contract.  There is a replacement fee of $350 USD if the GPS is not returned.
